Ori Scientific is a Food Innovation and Analytical Laboratory located in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne, Australia, formerly known as OzScientific.

We specialize in assisting dairy manufacturers, commercial lactoferrin producers, plant-based milk companies (oat, almond, and soy), infant formula producers, protein powder manufacturers (WPI, WPC-80, and MCC), and industries related to cheese, yogurt, ice cream, and plant-based juices and beverages. We help these industries develop new processes and test products using our pilot-scale lab equipment.

Ori Scientific’s lab is equipped with advanced pilot-scale homogenization, pasteurization, membrane filtration, and separation technologies to isolate dairy compounds from dairy streams. Our goal is to provide innovative, cost-effective R&D solutions for the food industry. Additionally, we incorporate cutting-edge technologies to enhance nutrition, sensory qualities, preservation, and processing times.

Ori Scientific also offers critical analytical services to assess physical functional properties such as A1/A2 proteins, lactoferrin protein purity and quantification, particle size, rheology, and texture.
